You are able to cancel an order within 24 hours of purchase. Once the item is shipped, we will not be able to cancel the shipment. Please contact [email protected] with your order number, and we'll be more than happy to process your cancellation.

Due to sanitary purposes, we will not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. If an item is damaged or broken, please contact us within 14 business days of receiving the package, at [email protected]. Please provide the order number and image of the package.
SHIPPING/PROCESSING
1-10 processing days, Approximately 1-3 business days (Priority/First Class Shipping)

If you placed an order from Monday-Wednesday before 12 pm, your order will be processed for shipping the same day. Orders placed on Thursday and weekends will be shipped the following Monday. We want to make sure your package arrives to you as quickly as possible.
MELTING POLICY (WHIPPED BODY BUTTER)
The consistency of our whipped body butters will change depending on the temperature. In warm to extreme heat, the body butter will soften, even melt. Although the consistency has changed, the product and moisturizing properties remain the same. We package our body butters to decrease the risk of melting during the summer months. This is also the main reason why we use USPS Priority/First Class shipping. Refunds will not be issued if the product melts. Please be aware of package arrival to avoid product sitting for a duration of time in the heat.
